Background / History
Daniel M. Frank was born in Upper Darby and grew up in Broomall, PA. He graduated from Cardinal O’Hara High School in 2002. He attended Penn State University achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree (Major Journalism, Minor History). Thereafter, he attended Widener University School of Law and graduated in 2009.
