Daniel M. Frank Background / History

Daniel M. Frank was born in Upper Darby and grew up in Broomall, PA. He graduated from Cardinal O’Hara High School in 2002. He attended Penn State University achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree (Major Journalism, Minor History). Thereafter, he attended Widener University School of Law and graduated in 2009.

While a student in law school, Daniel was employed with the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecuting intern. Since graduating from law school, he has been an associate with Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP. His experience with the District Attorney’s office provided him with a strong foundation and practical knowledge of criminal law matters. His vast exposure to litigation has provided him with the ability to provide sound legal representation to those individuals accused of having committed a crime.

As an associate, Dan has worked closely with the firm’s partners in preparing and litigating both civil and criminal matters. He has spent countless hours in the district courts and common pleas courts throughout Delaware, Philadelphia, Chester, Bucks and Montgomery Counties, handling a wide variety of both criminal and civil matters, including but not limited to:

Dan recently had the privilege of appearing before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania to present oral argument on behalf of the Appellant. He is also a founding member of Youth Education Fund, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation which assists in providing better educational tools to underprivileged youth. In his free time, Dan enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and son.

Dan is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Delaware County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (2009). As a member of the bar association, he sits as an arbitrator several times per year hearing cases and rendering awards.
